Sijainti Redin metroaseman vieressä on erinomainen. Palvelut lähellä. Keskustaan pääsee 10 minuutissa. Huoneisto on hyvällä maulla remontoitu - todella moderni ja siisti. Ystävällinen ja rento isäntä.
Hissi olisi ollut plussaa, mutta 3. kerros on vielä helposti kavuttavissa.
