Ήταν όπως έδειχναν οι φωτογραφίες, με τη δική του ιδιωτική πισίνα. Είχε πολλές παροχές πολλά σκεύη για μαγείρεμα. Υπήρχαν και συσκευές για μπάρμπεκιου!
Υπήρχαν κάποια πράγματα που φαινόταν ότι είχε καιρό να καθαριστούν, όπως για παράδειγμα οι ανεμιστήρες στα δωμάτια που ήταν λερωμένη και δεν μπορούσαμε να τους ανάψουμε! Στην αρχή είχαμε ένα πρόβλημα γιατί δεν καταλαβαίναμε πόσο ακριβώς ήταν το σπίτι από τις φωτογραφίες, δηλαδή αν ήταν ήδη με ιδιωτική πισίνα ή κοινόχρηστη αλλά στην τελική υπάρχαν και οι δυο!
