It was very spacious, clean, had a lovely location, felt safe, the building and the concierge was nice too. It had 3 bathrooms, so very convenient for us all to get ready with no trouble, large kitchen and a dining area. Very suitable for a bigger group to stay at while visiting london. Had all appliances we needed and the host was lovely and very responsive too.

The appartment is spacious and nicely decorated and well located. We had a relaxed stay there!
However we were a bit disappointed by the level of maintenance. The information we received before checking in was late/incomplete. Hosts didn’t always answer (directly) but intentions seemed overall good.
