Ottima posizione per la vicinanza alla stazione. bella doccia, comoda cucina (anche sé piccola), hai tutto il necessario per cucinare, la macchina del caffè a disposizione già con le cialde. L’Host è molto accogliente e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa.
Purtroppo la zona seppur vicina alla stazione di notte non sembra molto sicura, il letto era un po’ scomodo.

The staff was friendly. The owner of the apartment helped me as I was having a difficult time finding the location. The apartment was good. It contained everything needed for my stay and the amenities were functioning at an acceptable level.
The apartment was on the 5th floor and there was no elevator. In addition, the stairs were very tight so I had to carry my luggage with my hand by lifting and keeping it in front of me. It might become more difficult if you have multiple and larger luggage.
I paid an additional 10 euros city tax, but in the description it was "all taxes included".
The street where the property is located is a bit inside from the main road. The neighborhood contains old apartments and it doesn't give a good vibe. Maybe this is how in general Napoli is.
Sound isolation with other apartments is not very good. I was hearing a loud music sound coming from a neighboring apartment after midnight.

Pokoj byl uklizený a čistý. Ubytování se nachází ve 3. patře, ale úzké schody nejsou problém, pokud cestujete s batohem. Kuchyň má většinu potřebného vybavení pro běžné vaření. Oceňujeme blízkost MHD a některých hezkých částí Neapole, během pár minut chůze se dostanete do čistších a příjemnějších ulic. Koupelna, i když menší, byla funkční a čistá.
Ulice před domem nepůsobí příliš dobře, bývá znečištěná odpadky a často nepříjemně zapáchá. V kuchyni chyběl klasický nůž a otvírák. Postel je řešená jako rozkládací gauč, který vrže a není příliš pohodlný na delší pobyt. Ráno do pokoje svítí ostré slunce, což může rušit spánek. Voda z kohoutku není pitná, ale nebyli jsme na to předem upozorněni.

Man ist in der Unterkunft alleine
Das Bett ist leider Extrems unbequem, es macht bei jeder Bewegung laute Geräusche und hatte dreckige Bettbezüge. In der Dusche läuft das Wasser nicht richtig ab und zum Bad gibt es keine richtige Tür. Die Spülung des Klos funktioniert nicht so gut und die Toilette hatte keinen Klodeckel. In der Wohnung kam geraucht werden und das riecht man auch zum Teil. Als Mädchen kann ich diese Lage nicht empfehlen, man muss durch eine nicht so gute Gegend laufen und in eine kleine Seitengasse.
