צ'ק אין וצק אאוט פשוטים ובאופן עצמאי, הכל נעשה בהודעה בווטספ, לא פגשנו את המארח. יש 2 חדרי שירותים/מקלחת וזה מאוד נוח. חנייה נוחה מול הדירה ושמורה לדירה בלבד. מכולת במרחק הליכה לכיוון הכביש הראשי ביציאה מהמתחם. קומת קרקע עם 3 מדרגות בכניסה לבניין. הדירה נמצאת בשורה האחרונה של הבתים במתחם. בסה"כ דירה טובה מאוד.
המטבח לא מאובזר מספיק, חסר מכסה לסירים ואין טוסטר. בנוסף חסרות כוסות לשתייה חמה .
