Communication beforehand was friendly and prompt.
The cleanliness was unacceptable. Only the mostly used areas were partially cleaned. Everywhere else it was covered in dust, the kitchen was sticky, the kitchen towel was dirty and had not been cleaned. Internet was super slow, which wasn't fixed after a complaint. We were told it changes sometimes, should soon be better. Spoiler: it sucked, we couldn't even use Netflix. Cleanliness + Internet: what could be more important?
