The grounds were beautiful, the pool was perfect to cool off in and the gym was nicely set up. The room was exceptional, vaulted ceilings made the already large space feel even more so. The bed was very comfortable and the tub a pleasure to soak in. The staff were amazing, we felt welcomed from first moment and they constantly anticipated our needs when we were in the common areas. We ordered a few menu dishes that were delicious and great value. A truly wonderful experience all around!

I have to honestly say that there wasn’t anything we didn’t like or enjoy.

We travelled with a toddler and absolutely loved it. We wanted to extend as soon as we arrived but it was pretty much fully booked so we ended up staying only one night extra on top of the 4night originally planned. We tried both the big house and the smaller one, and preferred the small one (still huge though). It was brighter and the terrace had more sun, even though there is still plenty of shade. The place itself is well maintained, there is food (it's simple but good !), drinks, etc... I would gladly go back and live there for a month or two. The gym is great, the pool is nice but quite cool, and very little space to stay around - all in the shade. So... perfect for kids, less for a mama who wants to tan ! The staff is absolutely exceptionnal. They are extremely nice, the room service is so fast, the place is so clean, and the service via Line is so efficient. We booked a scooter through them, it was super easy. There are many cafes, restaurants, etc... a short drive away. The closest supermarket is not far but not convenient to reach, it takes a good 15/20min due to the big highway which can't be crossed. Although its an amazing supermarket and you can buy everything one might need to bring and cook at the villa. Gojek/Bolt had no issue finding the place, although for short drive they might refuse to come there and take you, don't be in a hurry when you need to go places. And it's soooo quiet. The neighborhood is cute and inviting.

Nothing. 100% loved it. If I have to find some things... breakfast is not included and there could be slightly more morning options in the menu. Offer oil/salt/pepper for guests who want to cook, so we do not have to buy it just for the stay.

Alt virkede over al forventning. Helt fantastisk

Baan Phandao is a newly-opened boutique villa property that has been clearly designed with much thought: from the overall feel of the place the moment you walked through the front doors, you get a sense that the owner(s) and team behind it had a vision to bring a luxurious yet cozy feel to every guest. I stayed in villas 8 and 9 for a week and was not disappointed at all.

Aside from a few local eateries, there aren't many amenities or cafes/restaurants around the area so you will have to either drive or take transportation to get to attractions, cafes, and/or downtown.
