Brand-new, tastefully furnished apartment that feels fresh and welcoming. Excellent location in Boulogne-Billancourt: a few minutes’ walk to the park, metro, supermarkets and several great takeries. Despite the lack of air-conditioning, summer nights were comfortable with the windows open and the shutters closed, so sleeping was no problem.
No hair dryer, washing machine or safe provided — these would be helpful, especially for longer stays Serious concern: the managing agency asked us, via an external platform (Checkmyguest), to submit personal documents and pay a security deposit outside Booking.com. After we complained in chat, the deposit request was suddenly “cancelled due to a technical error”, which felt suspicious. We later found similar stories online about delayed deposit refunds, so this practice undermines trust.

Nous avons besoin d'une machine à laver et nous devons changer les poêles à frire parce que toute la nourriture y colle.

Très bien, j'y retournerais, il faudrait juste changer les casseroles où la nourriture colle, il faudrait aussi une machine à laver, sinon tout est très neuf, très propre, j'ai adoré
