Great location for the price with a lovely view and a sizeable balcony. Even though the parking for the elevator is a bit tight if you're going by car, having any parking spot in Monaco is a huge bonus and it still fit our mid-size SUV. Also an amazing and communicative host!
This is more a problem of Monaco but as the region is quite hilly and this apartment is near the top end there is a lot of stairs (min 100m elevation) to get down to the heart of the city or to get to public transport so if that's a consideration for you then it might be better to stay closer to the city.

La terrasse est bien avec une magnifique vue sur la mer et la ville de Monaco. L'appartement est bien équipé pour un séjour de quelques jours.
Difficulté avec la climatisation.

L’emplacement est idéal pour se rendre à Monaco. L’entrée par code sécurisé est agréable.
La matériel intérieur cassé ou pas propre qu’il a fallut annoncer de suite et le manque de réponse réactive, qui arrivent tout de même après plusieurs relances téléphoniques. 1 des 2 ascenseurs à voitures hors service. Ce qui semble être courant selon les habitants permanents …!!!

The view was amazing, property was clean and comfortable. Quiet and peaceful location.
I wasn’t keen on the car lift, but then I am not a lover of lifts. We had a large car so it was a tight fit and I found it a bit scary but the parking was secure and it was only a short walk to the lift.
