7 Hopeful Room

The beds were comfy and my room was clean. I didn't use many of the facilities but the kitchen appeared to be well appointed

When I arrived I had not received any information about how to locate my key and check in. I contacted the owner via Booking.com and took a while before I received a response. Once I was able to gain access the only key available was not for the room I booked so I stayed in another room - I was concerned that this may affect my booking (It didn't- so thanks for that) The bathroom and toilet needed cleaning. I should have researched the location better - My Fault, I was incapacitated and on crutches and there were steep stairs in the house and accessing public transport was difficult. Google maps directed me to bus stops which were far away, it wasn't until I was nearing the end of my stay that I found an alternative stop just around the corner much easier to access. Some information in the room might have been helpful.

Simple no fuss good bed, quiet, good value

It was clean.

Turn up, and they said there is no room for me,10 minutes later they found me a room, at another house, it was a 4 K drive away, not very happy, I booked it 2 days before, online.
