Staff. Suman was in contact from the time we made the booking, to the time we checked out.
Location. It’s just a bridge away from Dubai Mall.
The billiards, gym & pool areas are not crowded, in fact no one was using it and it was on a Sunday morning.

Great location
Poor service. You have to prepare to wait at least an hour each time you need anything! We were told our room is booked and we need to take another room, all over the whatstapp!! Stressed a hell over us! Rooms are dated with shower overflow the whole bathroom. Windows not properly close, so noise from a below restaurant through the night! No proper introduction to available facilities at arrival. Spent two days just waiting and moving between rooms! Highly disappointed! Dubai is not ready for private apartments to hire.
