Good location, well equipped

Very good location and they accept with animals.

Our experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The staff member downstairs initially refused to let us into the building, claiming we were at the wrong place. When we explained that we had arrived at the correct address, the receptionist confirmed the address but insisted that the apartment we had booked was not there. We called the phone number listed in our booking and explained that we were not being allowed inside. We were told someone would come to meet us shortly. After waiting around 10 minutes, I had to call again because nobody had come and we still could not enter the building. Once again, we were told to wait. When someone finally arrived, the very same receptionist then confirmed that this was indeed the place we had been looking for. The whole situation was confusing and frustrating. The apartment’s cleanliness was also poor. The floors appeared to have only been swept rather than mopped. When we moved the bed aside, it was very dirty underneath. There were also cockroaches in the apartment. I attached picture under the bed. The bedding also smelled very unpleasant, so we removed it to replace it with clean bedding. Once we did, we discovered that the pillows were very dirty, and the mattress cover was covered in stains, filthy, and foul-smelling.
