They were very accommodating. They even go an extra mile for other requests and made my wife's 50th birthday more special by doing so. The place is spick and span and also very safe. If you go hungry, there's a mini cafe outside and a cat cafe nearby. Staff are very polite and helpful. Room amenities are ample, modern, sufficient, and easy to operate. Love the interior of the rooms. Very comfy beds and the wide windows are simply nice.
None that I can think of. Though, we love to eat breakfast buffets, that can be a good addition... but just the same, our experience was exceptional and one for the books.
