Unfortunately, the place is neglected and a little work would be enough to make it shine with an irresistible glow.

The place had the pleasant social atmosphere of a summer camp. We really appreciated the half board. It allowed us to devote the whole day to excursions. There was a good selection of Malaysian food and there was plenty of it. We also praise the staff, who were very friendly. We liked the range of excursions on offer and took advantage of many of them. Everything could be paid for by credit card. One of the trips we purchased was a full-day jungle tour in Taman Negara. We were given a package with a tasty lunch and plenty of water. Overall, we were thrilled, and what's more, the price was very low (especially considering that it included half board).

Our room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. We had to wash the toilet. Some bedding and towel were missing, but they were delivered to us later. The accommodation was very cramped, but we knew that in advance, so it didn't bother us.

De tourtjes waren goed geregeld en fijn dat er een aparte engelstalige gids was.

De kamer was niet zo nieuw als op de foto’s en leek ook niet heel goed schoongemaakt. Er was al een andere kamer gekomen wegens een dubbel boeking dus we sliepen uiteindelijk in een ander deel van het verblijf. Daarnaast was het eten matig. Fijn dat het inclusief was maar niet denderend.
