Comfy Fairmount

From start to finish, our experience at Comfy Fairmount was top-tier thanks to Greg, who was hands-down one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. From the moment we inquired about the space, he was prompt, communicative, and incredibly thoughtful in addressing every question and concern. Move-in was seamless—Greg not only provided the access code in advance, but also stayed on the phone with us to walk through each step. That kind of care made all the difference. The neighborhood, while it may have a “reputation,” was nothing but warm and welcoming. On sunny days, we found ourselves hanging out on the porch chatting with friendly neighbors. And yes, easy street parking was always available just steps (within 50 feet!) from the door—huge bonus. Now, the space itself? Even better than advertised—which, let’s be honest, is a rarity. The king bedroom was spacious and ultra-comfy, with three gorgeous bay windows that filled the room with natural light and a pleasant street view. The second bedroom was thoughtfully set up with an adjustable bed and a solid desk—perfect for getting work done in peace. The living room was cozy and ideal for winding down with a movie night. Kitchen and bathroom were exactly as listed—no surprises, just clean and functional. And shoutout to the shower: amazing water pressure and plenty of hot water. Just crack a window to manage the steam and you’re golden. What made this stay even more special was how flexible and accommodating Greg was when we needed to extend our stay—he made the process easy and stress-free, which we really appreciated. Greg is the kind of host everyone hopes for: communicative, flexible, kind, and genuinely committed to making sure you have a great stay. We’d 1000% recommend this space to anyone and would absolutely revisit in the future. Thank you again, Greg—you truly made this a home away from home!
