Es war einfach, vom Flughafen dorthin zu kommen, die U-Bahn-Station und der Vorortbahnhof sind sehr nah. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, hell und sehr sauber. Athen ist heiß, aber die zwei Klimaanlagen waren sehr hilfreich. Das Penthouse liegt hoch oben mit frischer Luft und viel Licht. Bequemes Bett. Ultra-modernes Badezimmer und Küche. Es liegt im Zentrum von Athen, aber in einer ruhigen, alten Nachbarschaft. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Der Morgen war großartig, Kaffee und griechische Gebäckstücke auf dem Balkon. Vollständig renoviert mit schnellem WLAN, voll automatisierte Wohnung, Zoom-Anrufe, die perfekt funktionierten. Die Geräte und die Waschmaschine waren sehr praktisch. Die U-Bahn ist in der Nähe – die Akropolis, Plaka, Syntagma, Thisio und Kerameikos sind nur 15 Minuten mit der U-Bahn entfernt. Ein großer Unterschied zu den üblichen dunklen Wohnungen, dieser Ort war wie ein frischer Luftzug. Eine großartige Basis, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Ich würde wieder hier übernachten!

Great spot in the center of Athens, just 3 minutes from the metro! Quiet neighborhood with supermarkets nearby and some traditional tavernas with amazing Greek food. I took the Metro from the airport and got off at Larissa Station, only 300 meters away from flat. It's also close to the Central Train station, which is very convenient. The apartment is a penthouse, so no street noise. It’s super clean and recently renovated, with brand new furniture and appliances (air conditioning in both the bedroom and the sitting room) . The internet was really fast, which I rarely find when I travel. The apartment is bright, with big balcony doors letting in lots of natural light, something I appreciated after staying in dark places. The terrace is big and covered, perfect for coffee or dinner. Even though it’s in the city center, it feels peaceful. I didn’t cook because I ate at a nearby taverna (the food was great!), but the kitchen was fully equipped, even with a coffee machine. The bathroom had natural light (rare!) and the bed was very comfy. The couch in the living room turns into a normal double bed with a proper mattress, so when I come back in September, I’ll bring my teenage kids. The building entrance is older and a bit plain, but once you get to the apartment, it’s modern, clean, and cozy. The elevator fits 2–3 people, so it's not large, but it works fine. The Archaeological Museum is a short walk away, so it’s easy to visit without transport. Athens is huge, so staying near a metro station is a great way to explore the city and get back quickly when you're tired! I took the Proastiakos (suburban railway very close to the flat) to the port of Piraeus for my ferry to the island — super convenient!! Great value for money! Highly recommend!!

The area isn’t touristy, which I liked, just locals going about their day. - If you're looking for souvenir shops and night clubs, this neighborhood is not for you!! It is more laid-back and residential. Now, I recommend taking the Proastiakos (suburban railway) to get to the port and the airport — no one told me about it before, but it's way quicker with fewer stops than the metro. Of course, you can take the metro too, but the Proastiakos gets you there faster. The metro comes more often, but it has more stops along the way.
