Clean towels and bed linen was supplied. The property was reasonably clean and was comfortable. The bathroom / toilet is part of the unit and not shared as was stated in the listing. The owner is very respectful of the tenants privacy. Is generally well separated from the main residence with it's own entrance and yard area. The location worked OK for me. Soap, shampoo, rubbish bags & cleaning supplies were all supplied.

Kitchen is outdoor in an undercover patio which is not ideal but could still work OK if you needed to use it.

The access to the accomodation was not acceptable, there was plenty of communication but not very much flexibility in what I was asking was not that exceptionally difficult. The lack of communication to my questions was not a good start. There appeared not to be any flexibility in the process of booking and that was disappointing. The bed in the front room the mattress was rock hard gave me no comfort at all. To have the kitchen outside left a sour taste and we didn’t use it being all out in the open. The equipment was rusty, some were in a state of disrepair that it would have been unsafe to operate any of it. The bathroom there was not enough protection for the floor, the tiles were very slippery when wet and not enough towels to put down on the floor to avoid an accident. The walls were very thin so a lot of sound coming from the people upstairs and in the main house making noise a lot louder than we would accept. Upon leaving the lock box code had been changed so to put the key back was not possible so I had to leave it on the top and contact the office later as we had a plane to catch.
