Facility like tv was not operational, upon investigating, understood it was down since 3 days from vendor side. We satyed 2 days, was expecting room cleaning staff to do clean up in the morning, but noone came, we had to ask personally to cleaning staff to do cleaning. Taste of hotel food was ok ok.
