Breakfast options are very limited. Property location and parking facility is very good. Room facilities are not working, such as TV is not working, one ceiling fan not working properly. Staff behaviour is good and helpful also
Lack of proper maintenance and non presence of owners in the premises

Proximity to the beach, helpful staff
Facility like tv was not operational, upon investigating, understood it was down since 3 days from vendor side. We satyed 2 days, was expecting room cleaning staff to do clean up in the morning, but noone came, we had to ask personally to cleaning staff to do cleaning.
Taste of hotel food was ok ok.
