Нет лифта, тонкие и маленькие полотенца

Great location, in the middle of the city. Very comfortable, super clean and well stocked apartment. Everything we needed was there. This was just what we needed to relax after a few days of travelling.

Me encantó la decoración, la cocina tiene muchísimos utensilios, jabón por todos lados. La ubicación es estupenda

La cama parece que se vaya a caer y no tiene ascensor (en la zona donde está el apartamento es normal)

Overall a nicely decorated apartment, right in the centre of Narbonne. Good size TV with netflix etc. Good WIFI connection.

The cleaning : we found a dirty bathtowel in the washing machine upon arrival. The dishwasher was out of order. The washing machine also did not work. It stopped halfway during a cycle. Although we were in contact with a caretaker, nothing was done about it. Towels bad quality. Need to be washed after one use (which was a problem due to the malfunction of the washing machine). Empty bottle of dishwashing liquid and shower gel. Toilet seat loose. All contact with host through a passpass app which makes it very impersonal and with all extra (early check in, extra linnen, etc) offered at extra costs it gave 'Ryan air' vibes.
