Everything especially job done by housekeeper

Was very very cold inside the apartment ( please provide something to avoid that ) and some dogs on the plot opposite , barking all night

The staff (WhatsApp) was very friendly and helpful but could not always offer a solution. The housekeeping and cleaning was perfect. The location is good and safe. There is a small shopping mall nearby with a restaurant and bar.

The kitchen was not well equipped; much basic equipment was missing. For example, there were no wine glasses, no colander, no bowls, and so on. There is no air conditioning and no heating; because it cooled down at night, we had to purchase a small electric heater ourselves. The plants, along with the armchair and cushion for the sofa, were also delivered a few days later. The promised balcony with a view over the city was not delivered; the apartment is also quite dark, so the light in the kitchen has to be on all the time. We had to call twice because there was no internet connection. And on Sunday morning, the sophisticated (Chinese) door lock bell spontaneously started ringing. After a technician came by, the problem was still not solved; eventually, the battery was removed from the lock mechanism. It seemed to us that this apartment was rushed into the rental market (work was also being carried out in the building), and the biggest inconvenience was the lack of basic equipment in the kitchen, in addition to the lack of heating.
