Beautiful and very unique proberty sorrounded by nature and history. Close to Nagalapuram which offers beautiful mountains and waterfalls.
The history about this place and the host Kireeti who was very nice and explained how this place used to be a health care center runned by his father and swiss friend. Sitting in the 'happy place' and having tea and talking while looking around the many farming projects that is ungoing on the estate was amazing.

- The location itself is quite calm & off the hustle of the main road - The staff and owner are courteous & prompt
- The images and description mentioned an exclusive toilet & shower area. It is however not attached to the room but outside & was used by other guests as well who were at the homestay - The cleanliness of the place. There were animal droppings all over the toilet & the sheets & pillow covers were definitely not changed/ fresh - There are no towels either
