Peaceful retreat in quite neighborhood

I'll start by saying the host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in and a late check-out, and also providing things to do in the area because some of our flights did not leave until later in the day. This was my first time renting an Airbnb, staying at an Airbnb, or anything along those lines, and the host made the process very, very easy. We were in town for my son's graduation, so we needed a property to accommodate about 14 people. With five large bedrooms and the host providing air mattresses, it most certainly accommodated our needs. Space-wise, even with only one bathroom, we managed to wake up and make my son's 8 AM graduation. When we arrived, I did notice the grass needed to be cut, and there was a neighbor finishing his grass. Not sure if he heard me, but before I knew it, the grass was cut. There was also another neighbor who brought his basketball hoop out for the kids and allowed them to play on his tire swing. The back outdoor space was amazing: hammocks, lighting, a fire pit, and chairs. There was a pellet grill provided, but we couldn't get it to work, so we bought a charcoal grill. The airport was about a 40-minute drive with heavy traffic, 20 with light to moderate traffic. Walmart, the dollar store, and the liquor store were all within a 10 to 15-minute drive, depending on traffic.

I'll start with, I would most definitely rent this property again, but if there was anything I didn't like, it's that the property could benefit from a really good deep clean. I'm talking baseboards, the grout in the bathroom, touch-up paint, and throwing out stained towels new linen small cosmetic things That would increase comfort for some.
