Cozy Apartment City & Mountain View with balcony FREE NETFLIX with pools sauna and sunbathing

The apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the beautiful view from my balcony and the pool. The location in Makati is also very convenient, as many restaurants, shops and other places are within walking distance. The small mall connected to the building is also convenient for everyday needs. What stood out most were the hosts and the service. They were extremely friendly, helpful and took very good care of me throughout my stay. Whenever I had a question or needed something, they were easy to reach and always tried to help. I really appreciated the personal service. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and felt very comfortable here. Despite a few minor points, I would definitely book this apartment again when I return to Makati.

The viewing deck was a little disappointing for me. I had expected more from it, especially since my apartment was actually on a much higher floor and the view from my own balcony was better. I also found it a shame that there is no restaurant, rooftop bar or similar place in the building where you can simply sit down, have something to eat or enjoy a drink. Especially with the heavy traffic in Makati, having something like that directly in the building would be very convenient. The accommodation itself feels more like a private one-room apartment with a bathroom than a traditional hotel. You have your own kitchen and plenty of privacy, which is nice, but you also have to take care of things like breakfast and meals yourself. Considering this, I found the price a little high and think the price-to-performance ratio could be better.

Onderhoud beetje aan de minder kant

This apartment was great and it’s located in a great building. The views are amazing. The gym and the pool are very nice. The managers are friendly and attentive.

Une vue impressionnante pour cette appartement au 56 eme étage. La chambre est confortable. La piscine et la salle de sport sont un atout de plus. Proche de nombreux restaurants et bars (mention spéciale au restaurant vietnamien situé à 10 minutes à pieds)

Check- un peu tardif (15 heures). Fabrication de la carte d accès au service et à l’ascenseur facturé 6 euros en plus
