ロケーション、家電、内装、BBQ設備はクオリティ最高で水回り、アメニティも必要以上で充実していました。
館山市内方面からの駐車場アクセスが急カーブ×急勾配で停車高車は厳しいと思います。 停車高車は千倉方面からのアクセスかバック入庫を推奨しますが車長5000前後の車両はいずれにしても注意が必要です。 施設間取り上と車止めは4台分ありますが、 手前から三箇所目の駐車スペースは4000無く、 実質は軽3台。 ミニバン、SUVクラスだと2台が現実的だと思います。 当方幅1980×車長5200でしたが夜分のバック入庫は諦めました。 複数台で利用する場合は駐車に大きくストレスを取られると思いますので入出庫機会が多い場合は要注意です。 ロケーション上、廃絶は難しいと思いますが寝室に虫の既侵入有り。 全体的に清潔感は高く、殺虫アイテムも用意されているものの大らかな気持ちが必要ではあります。 玄関ドア、寝室窓などは歴史を感じる設備である為、 破損をしない様に注意して利用する必要があります。
