Vista on Queensbridge - 3BR Home in the Heart of It All

The keys were easy to get, breakfast wasn’t included but coffee shops and variety stores were close, everything was within walking distance, nice and quiet, beautiful view from the balcony, reception staff were very friendly.

Having to walk up and down stairs from parking to access the property, a lift would have been better as it was a struggle with our luggage, and it was tricky finding the recycling bins.

it was central to everything, enabled us to walk everywhere and get our steps up.

probably the fact that the lifts do not access the car park so you have to drag suit cases up/down stairs etc so best to park in street and unload cases etc shower head kept dropping in ensuite shower smell coming from drain in laundry toaster doesn't work and I bought fruit bread to toast which became a sandwich place was clean, beds were comfy etc

La vista e la pulizia dell'alloggio. Le camere erano riscaldate

Non c'erano molti item per cucinare

Great location, good facilities, ie pool, parking, etc.

Needs a LOT of maintenance. Worst for us was that the blind in one bedroom couldn’t be used , resulting in someone having to try to sleep in a bright room. This was an issue for 3 out of our 5 nights until they fixed it. Little things like having to buy batteries for the tv remote as they’d been removed. A toaster that didn’t work. Light bulb in a lamp that was so dull you could barely see by it. Dinner plates badly chipped. Laminate peeling off bathroom cupboards and chipped mirrors. Not things that are difficult to fix but seems like no one bothers.
