The house was very nice. Comfortable and clean. All the appliances worked nicely. Air conditioning worked very well with the hot weather. Back yard was nice to sit and enjoy for chatting and relaxing. The house was near several areas for shopping and eating out.
We recommend that the house be stocked with more items in the kitchen if guests want to cook. The upstairs kitchen needed more cloth kitchen towels, paper towels, plastic wrap. The manual can opener was cracked and didn't work. You may want to consider having some additional large coffee mugs. There were standard coffee mugs but if you wanted to make a 12 oz cup, the standard cups don't work. There weren't small kitchen wash clothes to hand wash dishes or wipe countertops and table. The dishwashing soap underneath the sink for the dishwasher was empty so we manually washed dishes while staying. We had to buy some additional toilet paper for our stay-may want to leave a few more rolls for future guests
