Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili; accordandosi è possibile check-in anticipato checkout ritardato. Casa spaziosa e confortevole. Con il caldo nessun problema, la zona di suo è piuttosto ventilata e se dovesse servire la casa dispone di un condizionatore in ogni ambiente. Parcheggio (non coperto) riservato sul posto. L'appartamento è comodo ad un centro commerciale ed altri supermercati di catene importanti; è comodo inoltre ai centri di Oristano e Cabras, ma cosa più importante consente in pochi monuti di raggiungere molte delle più belle spiagge del Sinis (San Giovanni, Is Arutas, Mari Ermi, Maimoni). Giustamente tengono molto alla raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti e c'è un bidone per ogni categoria di rifiuto. Il nostro soggiorno è avvenuto tra fine Giugno ed inizio Luglio 2026.
