The place is in a great location, with good views of the valley. The host was really amazing, she welcomed us at 3AM, after our bus got delayed. Also, she helped us book a last minute trip to hanoi airport, after our bus got cancelled.
We got a great sleep, but beds are Vietnamese -stlye.
We would definitely stay here again when back to Mu Cang Chai.

They put me in a neighbouring homestay not in the one that I had booked. The facility was adequate and there weren't many people staying there. I could communicate everything I needed with the staff via zalo even though I hardly say them. The location is in the centre of MCC town not that there is much to do or see there.
it was a public holiday so karaoke played but was fortunately cut off at 945pm. There was no meal option with this location, even though I'd requested dinner and they had answered with ok - there was a restaurant nearby and it may have been partly because of the public holiday.
