Everything went very smoothly & exceeded our expectations.
The only thing I didn't like was the $250 cleaning charge - it was as much as the cost of the rental, which seemed exorbitant. Alas, it was an error on my end that I misread the charge at the time of booking. I would've cancelled, but no refund was possible. I let Brad know & he was very reposnivie but I had tto abide by their policy.
