Localização, educação e presteza dos proprietários e a limpeza!
As camas! As camas de solteiro (sofá cama) tem os colchões muito fino quase nivelado ao chão. Sem conforto. A cama de casal é boa mas o colcha precisa melhorar muito. Colchão Instável para quem tem problemas na coluna como eu.
