Set on peaceful 5 acres, 5 min from town, Private Building, Level 2 EV Charger

It was just so cute, comfy and easy to get in and out of. Perfect for my little get away.

I liked everything.

The location is excellent. The heater combined with the exhaust in the bathroom was very helpful as the AC unit didn’t work properly and the studio was cold. The digital guest book was something that I appreciated having ahead of my stay.

The property is actually a garage converted into a studio. It was quite cold as the AC unit didn’t blow hot air despite following the instructions. Our stay was in April and the outside temperature wasn’t too bad. I can’t imagine being comfortable in the studio during winter months. There was no additional bedsheet set and our reservation was for 3 adults. We used the available coverings and blankets for the couch bed. I wish the bathroom shower was equipped with soft shower extension, not just shower head. Check in and check out timings were very different from what other accommodations are offering. Check in at 4:00 pm and check out at 10:00 was something that surprised me. We asked for extension and since there was no booking for the day we were leaving, they offered us a free extension of 30 min until 10:30 or the option to pay 40% of the normal night rate and stay until 8:00pm. Most of the hotels would offer a free extension until 1:00pm if there were no reservations made for the day. Overall our stay was good but would have been so much better if everything that I had mentioned above was up to my expectations.
