Bedrooms and bathrooms are very well furnished. One bedroom is exceptional with triple exposure and view into the village square. No air-conditioning makes the downstairs kitchen uncomfortable (there are apparently plans for a/c in the works though).
No air conditioning, dark downstairs living area/kitchen.
We had not realized or been told that the bistro closes at 7pm, thankfully we lucked out with the only other alternative for us since we were on bikes and Chaintré is a village on the top of a hill.
