The apartment is new, very big, and super clean and super spacious . It has every amenity I needed and even some I did not expect. Separate huge comfortable bedroom with wardrobe. The place is quiet and calm at any hour, great for rest and focus. Internet is very fast, about 400 Mbps, perfect for calls and meetings. The TV is 55 inches, the bathtub is comfy, strong AC and heating. The metro is actually closer than I thought, and you reach the city center in about 15 minutes. The host was excellent, answered in minutes, gave clear check-in instructions, and solved questions right away. It is ideal for a long stay or for working from home. Do not look elsewhere, book this place.

Only good surprises. Everything worked better than planned, check-in was easy, and the apartment matched the photos. I slept great, worked fast, and felt at home.
