The hotel name listed on the app was different from the actual hotel name.
A staff member entered my room without permission at night.
Apparently, there was laundry hanging outside, but I wasn’t given a proper explanation, which frightened me.
I stayed for 8 nights, but they never changed the bed sheets even once.
Room cleaning consisted only of making the bed and taking out the trash.
They won’t replace the bath towels unless you ask.
However, the bath towels they provide are often still damp.
They don’t clean the bathroom at all.
High prices.
