Converted bank centre of Holmfirth -split apartment, Bronte- Archive

Location was excellent, right in the middle of Holmfirth close to all the bars and restaurants. It was clean and the double bed was comfortable.

The single bed was uncomfortable and the heating was difficult to figure out how to use but eventually figured it out. The kitchen could do with having a cooker not just a microwave.

Location was handy for being in the centre of Holmfirth, especially handy for the Nook, but short walks to all facilities in Holmfirth. Was clear on the apartment being split bathroom and Kitchen separate to living area and bed , but for me not a problem and was cheaper than a lot of properties. Owners advised that the central location means street noise due to the vibrancy of Holmfirth, so again clear on that.

It was what I expected so nothing to raise.

Beautiful converted bank in the heart of Holmfirth for our maiden visit. Was lovely and homely with the comfiest bed in the world, everything we needed for a lovely weekend, we will be back. Breakfast /Brunch in The Archive cafe below is an absolute must. Thank you for a lovely weekend!

We liked everything

The location was great, close to the restaurants literally the heart of this city ❤️ the surroundings was beautiful, lovely places for walks. Vibrant city full of life.

If coming late at night the place is hard to find. The Archive Cafe is right on the main road but there is no sign where to find the apartment (would be easier if any sign would be visible on the front window, something like *" apartments can be found at the back of the building'). We walked the building around to figure out that the sign was at the top of the stairs which is hard to spot when it's dark due to its size. Also it was a bit cold inside, the condition of the walls was not the greatest (visible signs) of previous water damage.
