閑静な住宅街でかつ、観光施設から適度に歩ける距離に施設があって、高齢の母や叔母がのんびりと近江八幡を観光できて、とても快適でした。
部屋も多く、広いキッチンとリビングで 3家族 6人が食事やくつろぐこともできましたし、それぞれ個別の部屋を割り当てることができてプライベートも確保できて、みなリラックスして過ごせました。
食器も家電も十分な数と機能のものが準備されていて、何の不都合もなく利用することができました。
特段に指摘することはありません。
ただ、強いて書くならばトイレの水流が弱くて流しづらかった点 (十分に使えるレベルです)と、これも事前に間取りもわかっていたので問題はないのですが、大人数で利用する際は 2階にもトイレがあると (階段登ってすぐの納戸あたりとか) 、ありがたかったな、とは思いました。
