beautifully appointed villa , nice location close to Temae and supermarkets
had to take a cold shower on arrival as the gas tank needed replacing (had to call someone with appropriate tooling to do it)
host wasn't able to tell us the day for garbage collection , so that became a bit of an issue (heat + insects + smell) as we stayed for some time (9 days)
for a family , the fact there is no dishwasher could be limiting
there is a cat that apparently is "resident" at the property , so if you can't be near cats it could be a problem
