Very comfy and smart

First of all, the location was perfect. FINNS and ATLAS were within walking distance, and it was also easy to learn how to surf on foot from the beach. Ticket to the Moon was also within walking distance. The three-story property was spacious enough for 7-10 people, making it an excellent value for money. Cleaning was also done daily.

There was some construction going on around the property at the time of our visit, which caused some privacy and water issues for a while. However, the host's excellent response quickly resolved these issues. The pool is small, but it's not worth the time spent there, considering the beach and beach club.

The villa was fantastic, with an amazing location close to Berawa Beach, plenty of shops, cafés, and popular beach clubs. We really appreciated the complimentary airport pick-up arranged for our large group — they provided a spacious and comfortable van to pick us up. We also loved the facilities: a spacious living room and kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and en-suite bathrooms in most of them. One thing to note is that all bedrooms are located upstairs, and there’s no bathroom on the ground floor. As with many accommodations in the area near clubs and with open-space designs, you can still hear some noise from outside.

Overall, the villa was quite clean, but certain areas could use better mopping as the floors didn’t feel perfectly clean underfoot. Some facilities could also use maintenance, such as shower heads that only dispersed a small amount of water and a few cracks in one of the tubs.
