Villa serene galle

A very nice, modern house, beautiful garden with butterflies,, warm welcome by the very nice hosts.

The location near the railway was a little bit difficult to reach by our vehicle but everything about the villa was really good!

The best accommodation we’ve stayed at in Sri Lanka. The location is between galle and hikka and there is an amazing little beach bar a couple of minutes walk called Bara Beach. The garden is incredible, from the balcony you can watch the langurs up close when they pass by to eat from the surrounding trees. The bedroom is SO comfortable, it has a smart tv, ac and fibre internet connection. The the owners have really thought of everything throughout the property, which you have all to yourself. 100% recommend this place!

The place is extremely comfortable, with plenty of things to enjoy even inside the villa—like the mud house, swing, and a large garden. Unfortunately, we weren’t allowed to use the fish therapy, which was a bit disappointing. However, the highlight of the stay was definitely the cooking facilities. It felt just like home—every single kitchen item you could think of was available. In terms of safety, it’s 100% secure with 24/7 active CCTV surveillance, and they even provide access to view the recordings if needed. 💕🫶😍

Thing we felt uncomfortable is the entire villa is yours from the day you checked-in but after the owners leaves with giving you the keys, he'll comes to the place every morning to clean the place. Cleaning the place is ok, but he never gonna inform anyone and he has the remote to open the roller gate, so he straightaway enters to the villa without any prior notice. When we seen this in the camera recording we shocked and we got to know that, since they don't have experience in this business they don't have a idea as how to act when someone inside the property. Also a major thing is in Ginthota (Villa located place) very difficult to find a pick me or uber, also the threewheen people will ask 800-700Rs to drop you in Galle town. Our suggestion is to use Bus, bcuz you'll only spend 50Rs to reach the galle town. If you're planning to book this villa please be prepared with a rental bike/car or bring your vehicle.
