Good location overall, however street a bit rough. Near some good restaurants and bars. Just a 10 min walk to Medina. Property looked nice but lacked a bit.
It is up 3 flights of stairs so would not be suitable for elderly or mobility issues. Floors were dirty on our arrival. Has two bathrooms. Both had bare wires hanging out. Not sure if they were live or not. One bathroom flooded every time we showered and required 10 mins of squeegeeing the floor. The apartment was VERY noisy. Saturday night live band in neighbouring apartment went until 3 am. Could hear every noise from upstairs apartment. Talking, yelling, furniture scraping the floor
