Niedawno wyremontowane studio z nowym wyposażeniem. Dobry multimedialny telewizor. Dobra jakość sieci wifi. Pralko-suszarka. Lokalizacja w cichej dzielnicy, 10 min. piechotą do kolejki na Manhattan. Liczne sklepy i jadłodajnie w okolicy. Wygodne łóżko. Dobry i szybki dojazd na lotnisko EWR.
Jest to zaadaptowana suterena (na parterze), zatem posiada niski sufit (<2m) i małe, niedające światła okna. Nisko zawieszone półki w kuchni i łazience grożą urazem głowy. Brak kuchenki i czajnika. Niewygodna, twarda sofa. Dziurę w łazience, plamy na suficie i rozbite płytki możnaby łatwo naprawić. Stojąca woda w przedsionku. Niektóre instalacje elektryczne na wierzchu.

Property was not hygienic. The entrance was not clean at all. There were no proper cub boards.
