Hostdomus - Casa Ariel

Bright and light studio-apartment. Newly renovated. Lots of windows and daylight and even a small terrace. We really appreciated that there is a small hall/entrance, where ski gear can hang to dry because there are hooks and hangers. This is unfortunately not so common. Bathroom was renovated and nice. Washing machine worked. Location very central. Easy to find parking in the street (paid).

The service from Hostdomus wasn't impressive (although it started off well). The dishwasher didn't work (and smelled really bad), something that seemed to be a well known problem when we reporeted it. We would have appreciated to know this beforehand. It also seemed like the cleaner had been in a hurry, because the kitchen chairs were all over the place, the cover for the extra bed was tucked away in the cabinet instead of on, and it wasn't cleaned properly around the sofa/bed. No worries, we could fix that. When we were going to bed the first night we realized that one of the bed pillows didn't have a pillowcase, instead the pillow was wrapped in a large bed sheet. We sent a message about this the next morning and even proposed that we could come by the office to pick it up if that made things easier. This was Monday. We didn't get any response (at all) until Thursday afternoon, when they offered to drop off the pillowcase. We were leaving Friday morning. This was a bit concerning - both out of respect for us as guests, the owner of the apartment, and of hygenic reasons. A few 'good to know' things about the apartment: The bed isn't a real bed. It is a sofa that also works as a bed. It is not very comfortable to sleep in as the matress was uneven. There is no kitchen fan, so making food in the same room as you sleep is not for everyone.

Gut ist Lage, sehr central, Geschirspülermaschine und Waschmaschine vorhanden, moderne Badezimmer, schön Balkon, Bis zum Schlussel übergabe war die Komunikation problemlos

Viel Treppen zur Appartment, da Parkplatz ist nicht vor der Türe ist kompliziert, Ski können wir aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht auf dem Dach von Auto lassen, bis man alles trägt auf dritte Stock braucht viel Zeit und Kraft , normaleweise sollte das in Inserat stehen auch wegen Kinder und so weiter, fast ein und halb Monat nach dem Aufenthalt habe ich immer noch nicht die Kaution zurück erhalten, fehlende Bettwäsche (haben wir probiert es reklamieren, wir haben kein Antwort erhalten), in der Appartment war zu kalt und undichte Fenster, kein Informationen über die Parkplätze , Abfall vor dem Abreise muss man entsorgen sonst bekommt man kein Kaution zurück aber war nicht geschrieben wo?
