Location perfect for transport incl bus, ferry and light rail, shopping at the Tramsheds and for walking along the waterfront towards the Fish Market The bus passes the door and the ferry and light rail are within easy walking distance. The heating and air conditioning unit is very effective. Our hostess couldn't do enough for us. The laundry was a bonus.
The step down to the side of the house and a rail to hold onto would be helpful; also at the entrance from the lane at the rear which is a step up.
