Clean and a great location
The air conditioning units needed there filters cleaned and tried the bbq being electric was tripping the fuse circuit

3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 toilets and expandable sofa bed in the living room. Amenities worked, we used grill and it worked great. Convenient location with easy drive to Gold Coast and Brisbane. Beds were clean and in great condition. Ceiling fans and air cons worked great.
Room / bathroom door locks were breaking apart, couldn't lock toilet doors. BBQ didn't work. Dog shit was everywhere in the garden despite paying cleaning fee. Stove was dirty and fumed the house on the first attempt to cook.

I love how this property is super close to all the shops(IGA,Costco,Westfield, etc…) and theme parks.
One night the fuse box went off and I have asked the host on where is it and it didn’t get back to me till the next day so we ended up having no power on half of the property.

The property was spacious and comfortable. After check.in they were quick to respond to messages and they were very accommodating.
We didn’t receive the code to enter the property until an hour after check in time. Providing all my personal details (licence photos, credit card details etc) to the owner ONLINE made me uneasy.
I didn’t receive my security deposit back for 4 weeks.
