La ubicación y las zonas comunes. La cama era cómoda y el apartamento amplio.
La atención al cliente. No nos enviaron las instrucciones de entrada y el portero no nos dejaba acceder. Además, intentamos contactar con ellos porque una de las puertas que da acceso al apartamento estaba rota y no cerraba y no nos respondieron nunca. El wifi no funcionaba y, para rematar, enviaron al servicio de limpieza para la salida un día antes.
