Fue cómodo, amplio y limpio. El personal muy atento y comunicativo.

Lo poco que manchamos en la cocina no pudimos limpiarlo por falta de jabón, estropajo y bolsas de basura; no quisimos pedirlo por no molestar. Está un poco lejos de la ciudad para ir andando a ver el ambiente o comprar algo. La finca no tiene jardín y está en construcción. Son todos defectos menores, estuvimos muy bien.

Staff was friendly and always cleaned the apartment. Pool was a hit with the kids . TV was available but with no DSTV or connected to internet. WiFi was okay.

They could do better to have a variety on the tea making facilities. Facility only has one common bathroom. Would better if the master was self contained.

The swimming pool was tops special at night with the light on, my kids loved every moment at the pool, we spent most of our time by the pool side + music

The Internet was disappointing and the TV remote control was not working 100% because of the bad batteries

The toilet shower to wash was not there. Neither there was Bidet. I don’t like to use just toilet paper- it’s unhygienic and environmentally damaging as tender young trees are killed and crushed to make toilet paper. The front door lock is not working properly. The owner must fix it by now. The owner and the care taker knows about the issue . If it’s not fixed then give a bad review . Also the batteries of the AC remotes must be changed .
