Are bucătărie unde se pot face preparate, cafea, frigider, mașină spălat vase. Living spațios cu tv mare (pentru filme) Terasă neacoperită cu priveliște frumoasă și grătar, ciubăr și saună. Locație excelentă cu priveliște de neuitat. Deasemenea se pot face plimbări prin pădurea de lângă locație.

Drumul poate fi problematic pentru mașini cu garda joasă la sol.
