There was no Breakfast !! The Room was Decorated Quite Nice, and I Appreciate There being Dish soap even though i never touched a dish or utensil in the kitchenette I appreciate that everything was Clean even though the Bath tub was old it worked fine, And i appreciate their beiing Shampoo
Getting A message last minute there would only be one Towel so that i had to bring aan additional towels and luggage . only to get that there were 4 towels available. Notified to pay More money for Damages and not reyturned that money or they would hold my Credit Card deposit for weeks. Air Conditioner was hard to adjust temp in Room. There was only I roll of Toilet paper. not even whole so it was all used in the short time I was there

The process of “checking in” was practically impossible. The “personal survey” you have to fill out is a joke and wasn’t working properly. I wasted well over 1.5 hours trying to complete it with multiple
phone calls to apt mgmt. To their credit they eventually let me cancel with full refund
