Apartamento Edifélix III Vista Mar - Sardine Holidays

Appartement de rêve, aussi grand que beau, de trois chambres à coucher en front de mer à Armaçao de Pedra, pas très loin de Carvoeiro. Lits confortables. Vue directe sur la mer du très grand balcon. Secteur touristique animé et sympathique. Restos à gogo. Tous les services à portée de main. Bon port d'attache pour écumer l'Algarve de Silves à Tavira.

Difficulté d'accéder à l'appart la première fois à cause de la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble récalcitrante. Nous avons voulu entrer plusieurs fois en contact avec le propriétaire dans la semaine précédant notre arrivée, mais sans résultat. Booking.com n'y est pas parvenu non plus. De plus, le code d'entrée que l'on nous avait fourni n'était pas fonctionnel.

The appartment is quite spacious and very comfortable. It's located directly at the beach. The few from the balcony is great, which I enjoyed every morning. The appartment is fully equipped with washing machine, dish washer, microwave. There is an elevator to the 5th floor. There were enough towels. The beds were made when we arrived. Bathrooms are big, both with showers. Many restaurants and grocery stores only downstairs or 1-2 minutes walking distance.

The kitchen was quite unclean, all the countertops and surfaces very sticky. The first thing was to buy cleaning products and at least clean the tables and countertops. Sorry to tell this, but... In the smaller bathroom in the toilet was full with poop, it couldn't be flushed even after 20 time. Again, we needed to clean. There is a heavy canalusation smell coming out of all holes in the kitchen. (specifically washing machine, dishwasher, drains in kitchen and showers). We tried to repress the smell with all we had, but in general it seems to be a canalisation issue). In the master bedroom, the bed was very very uncomfortable due to the 3 matresses with different sizes on top each other. The first night, we couldn't sleep as we rolled to the sides and lay aslope on the bed. We removed the middle mattress and it worked. We didn't understand what the reason is to tower 3 mattresses. The furniture and the equipment in kitchen are old, and partially broken.
