Persönlicher Empfang. Stets hilfsbereit. Räume sehr sauber, top eingerichtet, Betten ausgezeichnet, Lage gut, S-Bahn gleich nebenan; man hört sie, aber mich störte es nicht. Ansonsten trotz recht zentraler Lage eine ruhige Wohngegend. Auch das Parken war problemlos möglich.
Gern hätte ich einen Korkenzieher und eine Schere vorgefunden. Ansonsten war nichts auszusetzen.

Ruhige Lage. Konnten das das Fenster die ganze nach gekippt lassen. Wir benötigten Unterstützung bei einem selbst verschuldeten Problem. Das Personal war sofort telefonisch erreichbar und hat freundlich und unkompliziert geholfen. Die Tiefgarage war sehr praktisch. Kein Parkplatz suchen.
